CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT PER ORDER?
Only one discount code is permitted per order. When entered correctly, the promotional discount will show in your cart. A discount cannot be honored if it has not been entered during checkout or after your order is confirmed. Discount codes cannot be applied to tax or shipping fees. Discount codes do have expiration dates.
HOW IS THE MINIMUM DOLLAR AMOUNT DETERMINED TO QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
Free Shipping is valid with any order over $50 within the USA. The total must be $50+ after any applicable discounts are applied and before tax is calculated.
I RECENTLY MADE A PURCHASE, AND NOW THERE IS A SALE HAPPENING. CAN I GET A DISCOUNT APPLIED TO MY PREVIOUS PURCHASE?

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE USED?
We use USPS Priority Mail for our orders. If the package weights more than 5 pounds we will occasionally use UPS Ground.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We do our very best to ship your products the same day you order them. All orders will be shipped out in 1-2 business days.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We will send you a tracking number after your order ships, and you can follow it every step of the way.

We currently do not have the ability to process an exchange. If you would like to exchange an item for any reason, you will need to Create a Return, and complete a new order for the new items your desire.
REFUSAL OF PACKAGE/WRONG ADDRESS ENTERED DURING CHECKOUT BY CUSTOMER
Shipping charges will not be refunded. Only the price of the goods returned in new condition.
MY PACKAGE SHOWS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT
All orders are shipped via USPS. If your order shows delivered, but you have not received it, the responsibility is yours. Please check with your neighbors, speak to your postman and main post office. If your package is considered lost or stolen and can be subjected to an investigation with the United States Postal Service. Please open a claim with the USPS. Future orders we suggest requiring signature confirmation in your order notes.
